I am a person who believes in action. Whenever a problem comes before me, I can’t help solve it. Result oriented solution of problems is my passion, hobby and mission. When the Honourable Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif appointed me as Chairman, I then and there decided and assured the Prime Minister to improve this Department in a way that it finds its place among five most prosperous Departments of Pakistan.
It is my belief that regard of merit and fight against corruption are the way forward for this Department. I have worked day and night and toured all over Pakistan since I assumed office on 2nd October 2014 and brought about reforms for streamlining the Administration in the service of public, especially for Hindus and Sikhs and improving financial condition of this Department. Apart from other effective measures, the significance of computerization and developing a website for this Department cannot be ruled out. As a result of this initiative, I am confident that the progress of ETPB will be reflected and necessary feedback will reach directly to my Department from world-wide. It was quite unfortunate that while Sikh diaspora around the world was deprived of knowing this Department, which is entrusted with the responsibility of upkeep of their most sacred places in Pakistan, the largest Hindu minority of 1.4 million registered voters in Pakistan was also unaware of the services extended by ETPB to pilgrims and their most sacred places of Katas RajMandir and Hinglaj MataMandir.
I assure all Hindu and Sikh Communities of the world of protection of their properties through impeccable measures. In the end, I especially thank and pay tribute to the sagacity and statesmanship of my leader, the Honourable Prime Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Nawaz Sharif for the confidence he reposed on me.
